Above is link to an article on Drawn! previewing a few free webtools that you can use when you don't have your copy of photoshop around (it's good to know- believe me).

I've used Picnik, Gimp, and Splashup with some success (but they're no replacement for photoshop)

2008 Strictly Students Film Festival
